This post was originally long and complicated, but a short version is much more pleasant to read.
Maybe it’s because I’ve just turned thirty, maybe it’s because I still keep doing things I enjoy less and the things I don’t enjoy more, but an idea popped into my head while listening to the iProcrastinate Podcast. Here’s my thought: I’m going to try out activities that I think I’d like, choose some of the many hobbies I’ve picked up over the years, put them to the test and try these out intently, in order to see what sticks. Then write a little about it.
Life will get in the way, school will try to stop me, family and friends will interfere with my time schedule and the server will probably turn into a smoldering heap, but the experiment shall go on. In all seriousness I have no idea if this is possible, but I’m going to try anyway. As much I wanted to plan this better, there is no better way to start than to just get going.
